The views of the mountains from here were exceptional, the bar was nice, and the food served is brilliant.

The venue was beautifully restored, I liked the stay and the location was favourable just off outskirts of Thun, and the industrial area...

i asked for double room and it was amazing and cosy with balcony. the staff were super and were around whole time. btw, the airport was 25 km away.

It is a perfect and nice property located in Steffisburg district short walk to the center of Thun and early morning taxi. The staff are amazing and the room was good and cozy with a view. The hotel has a great location in outskirts of Thun.

This place is ideally situated just a short walk away from the outskirts and city center. It is also close to an early morning taxi service. it is only 3 km away from popular tourist spots like the art museum.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Nathalie and Livia. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Secondly, the hotel itself was modern and clean, with attention to detail evident throughout. The rooms were lovely, and I particularly appreciated the upgraded room with a balcony and a view. Additionally, the location was perfect for me, as it was situated in a quiet area with easy access to the beautiful old city center of Thun. Lastly, the breakfast provided was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The location of the hotel was a bit outside the town, but the free pass for public transport made it very convenient to reach the center of Thun in just 10 minutes. The room was big and had a lovely balcony with a view. The underfloor parking was a great bonus and the staff even gave us 5 CHF per person as a welcome gift. The hotel also provided free access to a Nespresso machine, which was perfect for our morning coffee fix. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the shower was amazing. The hotel also offered free bottles of water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and snacks in the lobby. Despite the lack of air conditioning in the room, the fan provided by the hotel made sleeping comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a disappointment as it was quite far from the city center and anything interesting. On the bright side, the room was quite lovely, spacious and impeccably clean. the bathroom was modern and had a great shower. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free bottles of water, coffee, tea, hot cocoa.

It was disappointing to arrive and find that it was a self-check-in hotel. No one was there to assist or provide any information about the area.
